Refreshing data linked to a live form

Hi all,

 

I encountered an eror in refreshing my data set in power BI recently. I have restarted my app numerous times and checked the data source linking to the power BI. The data source is linked to a form that collate live responses. It was working previously but somehow it stopped working now as I click refresh the Power BI on my desktop. When I clicked refreshed, my Power BI would say that it is all refreshed but when I check my visuals, and the data, the latest one was still not in.

 

Anybody had this experience before if could help me out on refreshing the data? Thank you in advance!

    where is that form stored, on a sharepoint?  Microsoft Forms?  Something else?

    Hi the form is a Microsoft form that gets updated once a response is received. It is stored in sharepoint.

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    Did you try to refresh specify tables(not all)? How to refresh selected (not all) tables in Power BI Desktop

     

    And you may go to File > Options and settings > Options--> Global, select Diagnostics to get the diagnostics details

      Hi Evelyn, thanks for the solution. Yes I tried refreshing by tables but it doesn't work as well. The latest data in the microsoft form were still not captured. Not sure what is the reason.
