Refresh failed due to duplicating and pivoting columns

I have duplicated the columns and then pivoted them for my report. The report cannot be made without this step. The refresh keeps on failing and the columns is empty. What should I do?

    Hi, navas009 

     

    Could you share us the first step with error message in Power Query? Please also check if you have made some changes in data source like 'rename columns' or 'delete column', which will make Power BI get the wrong referencences.
