Hi all,
Still new with power query, usually I use them for my own purposes, never send it to other people
This time i'm trying to share; it is a very simple query with all the data source needed saved in the same file (two tables only), as I was worried anything that links to my local computer is not going to refresh properly when anyone else is using it
I can refresh it without trouble, however when I ask others to refresh it give us below error
Container unexpectedly exited. Exit code: 0xC00000BE PID8540
Can someone drop a hint on how to avoid this type of issues?
Regards,
Wendy

I recommend checking the data source settings in the file to make sure all are correct and have the appropriate permissions assigned and also clearing the Power Query cache. Those are two steps that are good to start with and see if they fix the problem.

The cache can be cleared from Query Options:

Thank you it worked by refreshing the cache!
the file is quite old and was running locally in the past, even though it no longer has anything to do with my local data but maybe at some point back then (this is my guess the reason clear cache solved the problem)
Hello @WLou
How are the other people attempting to refresh your file?
Do they have access to the required sources?
Thanks
Hello @PC2790
I have the same issue, but refreshing the cache did not help.
Is there something else that I could try? My files (sources) are on Share Point. Everyone has the access to the same Share Point and nobody except me can refresh power query.
Thanks, Tijana
Hi @PC2790
Thanks for the reply, it is only when other people refresh the file giving them the error.
As I don't know how to store sources, I managed to have all the source within that file
Is there any recommondation about data management? I would LOVE to have other people to self serve
(some key words that I can google and do some self study)

Wendy
