Refresh data every x minutes
Hi!
I'm trying to build a Query in Excel, which I've saved in OneDrive (synced with the PC). This file will be retrieved by Flow and attach to an email.
The source data is a folder, and it will iterate and compare files to get only the unique rows through an ID.
I was planning to just set it to refresh every x minutes or so, and then Flow will pick it up to send as an attachment, to minimize manual steps. But then it would only refresh if the file is open? Is this there a way to automatically refresh data without actually opening or touching the file?

I have a little confused about your scenario.
Do you want to refresh the dataset in power bi every x minutes?
If it is, I'm afraid that there should be some limitations for that.
As I know, if we set the schedule refresh in power bi service, the refresh interval is 15 minutes minimum for direct query mode.
For more about data refresh in power bi service, please have a good look at this document.
In addition, you could refer to the video which may be a workaround for you.

Even if I set the refresh to 15 minutes, is there a way to automatically refresh the data in Excel (stored in OneDrive) without actually opening the file?
I saw the video and it says I have to have a live connection and some Chrome extensions...
