Referencing Cells in a Power Query If Statement

Hi, Is the formula below possible in Power Query? Its giving me an error because it can't reference the cell below labeled "AB2". I assume its because I can't have a dynamic formula where in the following row it reads AB3. Is this even possible in power query?

Hi @bencruz7

It is possible.
Better you can try for conditional column inplace of custom column
