Can PBI PQ reference the whole column data from another query? If not, can other methods be used, such as DAX?
1, I have two queries arranged into PQ, one with data, another just with the title, pls see the pics I posted...
2, I want to reference the whole column data from that query which with the data to "title" query...
(Can PBI achieve such a function? tks!)

PQ can refer to entire column data. Preferred method is to refer to as a list.
Let's say query is named Query2 and column is named Data. Then you can refer to whole column by
=Query2[Data]
