Also should this distribution be even? for example on the 1st May should each audior have 3 audits each or can one auditor have 5 another have 2 and the third have 2?

Yes the each auditor shld be assigned to equally, if there is an extra 1 or 2 Handlers than some auditors can have be assigned extra
