Randomizer allocation of Data

Hi Expertise,

i need your help to allocate the Quality Auditors to handlers. either it can be through power Qery or with DAX function on Power BI Desktop. i tired doing it in excel but it is taking lot of time as i have over 5000 rows.

1. I have a list of handlers who are to be audited for the respective date.

2. i have the list of auditors who are available to audit the handers auditors numbers will changing every day depends on the availability.

3. The end result which i am expecting here is something like below 

Example for 01st May 2022 i want to assign available Auditors(03 in number) randomly to the 01st May Available Handlers (09 in number)

Not sure if this is possible in Power BI or not but if any help is much appreciated as this can save a lot of manual Hrs to me
