RE: Error Out of Memory/ OLE DB Error

I'm trying to import files into desktop PowerBI but I'm getting this error message:

      My system is 64 bit Windows 10 with 16GB of Ram running 32 bit Desktop PowerBI.

        How do break this upload of these files? I keep restarting but it's like PowerBI remembers the upload and it just clogs my updates.
