Quick books online not loading data from General Ledger

Hi,

I m trying to use the connector between PBI and Quickbooks online.

 

connection seems correct as I'm able to load ARaging, APaging, customer,...

 

But General ledger stays empty.

 

any Idea to solve this ?

    phaum1967,

    Do you use Power BI Desktop to connect to QuickBooks online? If so, what is the result if you only import General Ledger table?
