Query output is adding columns to table & appending with a number

QueryOutput.JPG

Hi there,

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction of a fix for this. I have attached a picture of the output of a Query I am working on. The black text is how I would like the columns to output & it does work for the first & last columns in the output table but the query is adding the additional columns in white text to the table instead of, as I had hoped, that the data would populate within the black texted columns (as happens for the first & last columns). So in the second column, 'Equipment_Type', the data is not outputting in that column, it is creating a new column called 'Equipment_Type2'. Would anyone have an idea as to why this is happening & the fix for it please?

Thank you for your help.

Hi Phil,

Thanks for responding to me. It's a (.xlsx) file & when I tried to attached it, I get an error to say that file type is not supported. Can you please advise?

Many thanks,

Eimear
