Query for words in excel file

Hi There

i have an excel which is contains the data of the below:

daily employees will enter the data whether he has been working from home or office or leave. I would like to get a report to check against each employee for how many days he has been in working from home or office.

emp name : Rakesh

01/09/2023 -- Working from Home
