Q&A button does not work in SharePoint embedded report

I have a report with Q&A button added to it, which was embedded to a SharePoint Online page.
The Q&A button does not seem to function as expected - no Q$A input windows is shown after the button is pressed.
The behaviour is same in all browsers. Thus the button works fine from Desktop and Service windows.

I also have a question if this may be a known limitation, though I was not able to find any info on that case.

P.S There are also a ton of errors due to failed requests in browser console (can provide browser console log if relevant).
