Putting Remarks on same Vendor

Hi, Team   Seeking for your assistance  below is the Formula I have use but I need as well if the Vendor got two or more in a column then will get remarks "For checking" as well     ...

Hi Anonymous ,

Please try like:

if List.Contains({"EUR","Blank","DDK","SEK"},[Part blank type]) then "For Checking" 
else if Table.RowCount(Table.SelectRows(#"Changed Type",(x)=>x[Vendor]=[Vendor]))>1 then "For Checking"
else null

Output:
