Hello! Need some assistance here.
I have recently created a PowerBI report and published it for my team to view the latest statistics and data, which we are storing in a SharePoint folder and updating daily.
When I work on PowerBI desktop, it works fine and the data gets updated everytime I refresh it. However, the data refresh does not pull the newest SharePoint folder data when I manually refresh the published dataset.
Any idea why this is so?

Hi @Anonymous ,
It is needed to refresh the underlying dataset first and then refresh the report. Then you will see the latest data in the report.

@Anonymous , You need to schedule refresh on Power BI Service - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/refresh-desktop-file-onedrive
