Project Wise XIRR

I'm working on calculating XIRR for each of the investments (Project) made, that challenge that i have is.

One Client will have multiple investments and i need XIRR for each Investment (Project) individually,

I need this to share with senior management so that they can filter each client and know which Investment(project) have given what XIRR.
