Processing Error: There is no available gateway for Microsoft Dynamics NAV - Financials Report

Hi experts,
 
I am connecting the app "Microsoft Dynamcis NAV - Financials Report" to the URL "http://nav-app01-test:8388/TESTBCBASIC/ODataV4/". This datasource is added as a datasource in my On Premise Gateway. My gateway is online and connection is successful. Yet I still get below error message when I configure the app.
 
I have tested the possible solutions i've come across in the community without luck.
 
Any Idea for solving this?

    Hi kvamsdal 

    It seems "Microsoft Dynamcis NAV - Financials Report" is a  service app which is online.

    In Power BI, if the data source is online, we don't need to use a gateway to refresh the data.

    Just provide the correct credential for this data source.
