Problems with powerbi gateway

Hello guys I am trying to install the standard powerbi gateway but when it is almost reaching the end, it cuts out (it does not ask you for the credentials to configure it) the error is this ...

Hello, first of all thanks for trying to help me ...:)

the solution that you attach does not work for me since I am installing the standard version ... not the personal one I do not know if it is because of that, but in the log that I have the entry that appears in the article does not appear ...

 

 

 

Can you think of anything else that could be? I know it's a difficult case ...

    Hi  rmarinna ,

     

    Sorry for the late reply.

    As per this article, on-premises gateway can only be installed on 64-bit version of Windows 7/Windows Server 2008 R2(or later), please ensure that your server meets this requirement.

    You could also refer to the above link to check whether you have taken the right steps to install the gateway.
