    Hi ljilibert marcush Anonymous jrlenox ryandweaver,

    I get the same issue as yours last Friday, however, personal gateway works well after I reinstall it today. Could you please check if the issue still persists in  your scenario?

I'm getting the same error message.  I haven't done anything to my computer or Power BI.  Just received an email saying my refresh didn't go through and my personal gateway is showing offline.   I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same error appears.
