Problems with Facebook connector (private data)

Based on my research, the Facebook Insights represents a single Insights metric that is tied to another particular Graph API object (Page, Post, etc.), see: Insights Metric . In my opinion, you need to use the URL like this to retrieve data: https://graph.facebook.com/v2.3/microsoftbi/Insights.

Besides, when we connect to the Facebook in Power BI Desktop, Facebook connector is relied on the Facebook Graph API. So we can't do much on Power BI side when retrieving data. For this issue, you can contact Facebook Help Centre for help at this link: https://www.facebook.com/help/community?helpref=hc_fnav.
