Problems connecting to Visual Studio Team services

So your account Analytics OData endpoint has been enabled, right?
Please see below information from PG team:
We do not recommend using the Power BI Content Pack(being deprecated on Nov 15) or the Power BI Desktop Connector at this time. Using OData endpoint directly in Power BI allows for a lot more flexibility on what data is included in the model and that approach is also much less likely to be impacted by any upcoming changes.
We are working on a new feature we are tentatively calling “Analytics Views” which is designed to make getting your data into Power BI much easier, which will replace the existing Power BI Desktop connector. We expect to ship this new feature in the January timeframe.
The customer will need to make sure the Analytics Extension is installed before using OData - https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=ms.vss-analytics.

Hi v-qiuyu-msft,
How do I determine if our Analytics OData endpoint is enabled? We have installed the Analytics Extension for our VSTS account. Is that the same thing? (Sorry for my ignorance, but the VSTS Reporting documentation is sparse and I'm not fully grasping it. There's no real "overview" section so I have to [unsuccessfully] infer a lot from it.)
I tried testing the first VSTS.Feed Power BI extension example, replacing my account and project, but I get the following error:
Error: The Analytics OData endpoint is in preview and only available to select customers of Visual Studio Team Services at this time. If your account has been enabled please contact the Microsoft employee who setup the service for assistance.
Do I need to wait until we are in the next Power BI Data Connector preview cycle in the middle of this month?
