Problems connecting to Visual Studio Team services

Question

Our organization cannot fully connect to our Visual Studio Team Services project using the VSTS connector in the Power BI web version using the instructions at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/vsts/report/powerbi/connect-vso-pbi-vs. We are able to login with the connector and it appears to begin importing the data, but we receive the following error the dashboard renders empty tiles. We do have customized work items in our project. Is this what is causing this particular error?

The account has not been setup with OData yet. The preview should be available by Monday. And PG team&nbsp;will reach out to&nbsp;me as soon as the account is ready along with providing some guidance on how to get started. I will update here once I get information&nbsp;again.&nbsp;

Please try to use the Visual Studio Team Services connector in Power BI desktop to see if the same issue occur.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
If the issue only happens on VSTS content pack, please run Fiddler and repeat the steps to get VSTS content pack, share .saz file with us.&nbsp;

Thanks, Qiuyun. I get the following error when I attempt to get data from the Visual Studio Team Services connector in Power BI Desktop:

Details: "The Analytics OData endpoint is in preview and only available to select customers of Visual Studio Team Services at this time. If your account has been enabled please contact the Microsoft employee who setup the service for assistance."

We are not in the preview program. Is there a way we can join?

I was able to join the next preview cycle in November, but I am still having the problem with Power BI on the web.

So your account Analytics OData endpoint has been enabled, right?&nbsp;
&nbsp;
Please see below information from PG team:&nbsp;
&nbsp;
We do not recommend using the Power BI Content Pack(being deprecated on Nov 15) or the Power BI Desktop Connector at this time. Using OData endpoint directly in Power BI allows for a lot more flexibility on what data is included in the model and that approach is also much less likely to be impacted by any upcoming changes.
&nbsp;
We are working on a new feature we are tentatively calling “Analytics Views” which is designed to make getting your data into Power BI much easier, which will replace the existing Power BI Desktop connector. We expect to ship this new feature in the January timeframe.
&nbsp;
The customer will need to make sure the Analytics Extension is installed before using OData - https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=ms.vss-analytics.
