Problems Installing New Personal Data Gateway

I'm having problems getting the new personal gateway installed on a Windows 7 x64 machine. I've been attempting to install it using domain accounts that have local admin rights on the machine, howeve...

I am having the same issues trying to install the latest PowerBIGatewayInstaller.

Environment is SBS 2008 with SP2 with IE9 and .Net Framework 4.5.1.

See error Log below - It seems v1.9.5865.2\DataManagementGateway.msi fails to install.

any help would be appreciated.
