Hi davou,
The columns that you create in DAX, that is the Data tab in Power BI Desktop, won't be visible in Power Query. It is possible to all columns from Power Query in DAX but not the other way around.

thank you Shaurya for your answer,
My problem is directly after the loading of the tables (MySQL views) in PowerBI. Not all the columns of these views are visible in PowerQuery. I haven't started creating columns in DAX.

That's weird...can you please share some screenshots to elaborate what you are descibing?
