Problem connecting to a File (Excel) in Gateway New Source

Hi Friends,

 

I need a help because I have a problem to connect a file to Gateway.

 

For example;

I create a report in PowerBI Desktop, all is good; but when I publish this report to app.powerbi.com, i can´t connect the files to the gateway.

 

Example:

I create this connections in powerBI Desktop and the Data responds well.

 

 

 

But, when i tried to connect this files in the powerBI Services, this show me an error.

Please, someone help me how to find a solution for this problem.

    Log onto the server that is running your On Premise data gateway and see if you can access that network folder.

        Your Data Gateway will be installed on a computer or server inside your network.  You should have the ability to log onto that computer or server and attempt to navigate to that file location.  My expectation is from that computer/server, you don't have access to that folder or file.

         

        When the data gateway is called for a refresh, it is doing something similar.  So to troubleshoot, we need to rule out whether file/folder access from the gateway computer/server is the problem.
