Hi,
I am trying to match a value in same table from a different column but i keep getting an error
Here is the formula im trying (trying to look up value in Column ContactLookup
= if List.PositionOf(DateToText([Date])&[agentName]),[ContactLookup]) > 0 then DateToText([Date])&[agentName]) else "")
Essentially if it finds the value DateToText([Date])&[agentName]) then return that value else blank
Hi @Mahmed1
What error is returned?
DateToText([Date])&[agentName]
DateToText is the function Date.ToText? Is the result returned by the above code a text type?
Try:
= if List.PositionOf([ContactLookup], DateToText([Date])&[agentName]) > -1 then DateToText([Date])&[agentName] else ""
List.PositionOf The first parameter is the type of a list.
Best Regards,
Gao
