PowerBI service report is blank

I have a problem with my report on the serivce it is showing all blank and this has not thing to do with boolean value cos none of my dataset has a boolean value,i checked the dataset it is also blank ,then i check the dataflow that feeds the data set once i open the data flow and check the gateway connection all is fine and the dataflow loads all the table perfectly in the power query mode but once i close and try to refresh it it takes for ever since last night.

i dont know any other way to solve it i felt maybe i have exhausted my refresh as premium per capacity offers only 48 refreshes.

please guy what is the best solution.
