PowerBI: Refresh is stuck on "evaluating"

Hello - I created a PowerBI report that is linked to folders. There are about 20 folders, each containing excel spreadsheets. When I hit refresh, PowerBI begins refreshing each table but gets stuck on "Evaluating."

However, if I let it "evaulate" for ~5-10 minutes and hit cancel, I can hit refresh again and the tables will update normally.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
