There is no built-in connector for HP PPM in Power BI. However, based on my research, HP PPM provides JSON based web service. For more details, please review this similar thread.
You can use “Get Data->Web” entry in Power BI Desktop or directly add connection information in Advanced Editor to connect to the JSON web service. There are some samples for your reference.
