Thank you.  I tried this and captured a fiddler trace to a frown sent in yesterday.  I'm hoping that might lead to a solution as I couldn't find anything in the trace that jumped out at me but I can't say that I really know what to specifically look for.

    I am having this same issue with on premises sharepoint using an organizational account login. 

     

    Was this ever resolved?
