  • Hi Ishika14

If the Power BI mobile app has suddenly stopped launching on your iPhone 14 Pro Max, even after you've tried common troubleshooting steps like restarting the phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and clearing account settings via the Drive app, the issue could be tied to a deeper compatibility or app-specific bug introduced by a recent iOS update or Power BI app version. Mobile apps can sometimes crash or fail to open if there’s a conflict with cached credentials, corrupted app data, or a permission error introduced during an update. Given that you’ve already attempted basic resets and the problem persists, it may help to check if any Mobile Device Management (MDM) profiles or screen time restrictions are in place that could be silently interfering with app behavior. Additionally, verify that your device is running the latest iOS version and that all app permissions (e.g., storage, network access) are granted. If none of these solve the issue, it’s likely a bug with the latest Power BI mobile build—you can confirm this by checking the App Store reviews or Power BI support forums for similar reports. In the meantime, you may try accessing the Power BI service via the Safari browser as a temporary workaround, and consider reporting the issue through the Microsoft Power BI support page or Feedback Hub for escalation.
