Power bi embedded page visual is not working for few users

Hi ,

I have shared embedded report link to users but last few days when they  open this link and its seems few visual is  not working on there machine.

Please let me know what is a root cause of this issues.

    Hi Kishorb 

    Do you "Publish to Web" or "Securely embed the report in a website or portal"?

     

    Please check the limitation from both link.

    Besides, please ensure the users can have access to the data which displays on the visuals of the report.

    Let's consider a case,

    your report is created from SSAS data source and its connection with Power BI is Live connection, 

    but you don't add the viewers under the "user" list of the gateway which is used to connect between Power BI and SSAS,

    or your gateway is offline,

    or your credential is changed but not updated to Power BI.

     

    If all above don't fit your scenario, please share more details so i can analyze further.
