Power Query to Excel Table will not consistently refresh
Have several worksheets using power query to refresh data from a .csv file in a share on the same subnet as the workstation. Issue is that I can close all spreadsheets and reopen the one I want...

Were these .csv files saved before refreshing? Please try saving the workbook before refreshing. PowerQuery does not refresh unsaved change data.
