Hi All, i am using power query to get the data from two files which is in the same sharepoint path, but i can get the date from one file faster and another one takes too much time to load the date, can you please help me with this.. Comparatively the faster one is the big file size
Hi @Mageshwara
Does that slow query have many complex transformation steps? Transformations in Power Query will also make the query time longer.

Hi @v-jingzhang !
Thanks !
I think so , Data transformations were happening while fetching the data, Can you please help me to how to disable that and what is the use of data transformations?
Thanks in advance
Hi! @Mageshwara
What @v-jingzhang means is if you are using the transformations which can be avoided should be deleted. Very basic examples are like reordering a column, sorting the data, etc.
Try to manage your transformation in data as much as possible.
Hi! @Mageshwara
This could generally happen if multiple users are using the file at that time. Can you try changing the path of that file and test again if that works or not? If that doesn't work try to remove the file and add it back.
Thanks , I tried the same but same slowness in Different path and And re uploaded the file again
Hi! @Mageshwara
Then I'm very confident that this could be due to the source i.e. SP.
Thanks
Yes, Now i removed the blank rows , Now its getting lesser time compared before
