I cannot figure out how to get power query to return the label instead of the value for a choice column from my model driven power app. I did a workaround for a different choice column of just copying and pasting each value separately into an excel table but I really want to avoid that for out 159 counties... plus this edit choice pane doesn't even let you copy all values at the same time or I would have just done that. I would have to copy and paste each label and each value separately. I can't believe this process is this clunky. There's got to be a way to do this.
the label and value of my county choice column

Hi @dhiggins ,
Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.
This is expected behavior in Dataverse. Choice columns store only the numeric value, so Power Query returns the value.
The correct way to get the label is to use the autogenerated “<ChoiceColumn> (Label)” column that Dataverse exposes in the connector.
That column returns the display text (county name) without any manual mapping or maintenance and works for large choice lists.
If I misunderstand your needs or you still have problems on it, please feel free to let us know.
