Power Query not matching identical values on Merge

I am in the process of updating an existing query and have run into an issue joining two tables.

Both tables have matching information as shown in the image but Power BI doesn't see the matches. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Check if they have spaces. Trim them if necessary.
