Power Query in Excel 2013 error "Index was out of range. Must be non-negative"

Pulling data from the web that was once successful is now failing following an update to Power Query in Excel 2013.  With the error "Index was out of range. Must be integrative".  Interestingly the query is successful in Excel 2016 and the Power BI desktop app.

A URL like the one below works in 2016 and Power BI desktop formerly in Excel 2013 but now fails in Excel 2013.

https://finance.yahoo.com/quotes/FDX,IVV,FOCPX,XHS,RPG,IJK,ONEQ,QQQ,IBB/view/dv

I've seen postings with the same error message dating back years on queries in other tools.  Does anyone know of a work around or if a fix for 2013 is coming?

Thank you.
