Hi sunil_Bengaluru ,
I recommend that you don't put the file locally, put it in a location in OneDrive where it can be shared with others, and then access the file using the OneDrive for Business URL, and that URL should apply to any user with the appropriate permissions.

Hi Dino,
Thanks for the response.
It seems this URL can be generated only by Sharepoint Admins or similar roles.
And I do not have such privelege in the respective sharepoint folder.
Could you please suggest is there a way to get the Business URL that can work for me and others as well
