Power Query extract account number from a column with different texts

I need to extract the account numbers only, what formula should I use for custom column?

    1. You could use a List.Transform function and extract only the Account Numbers. I'll attach an image of the code dor your reference. Thanks!

    filter by items that contain a dash "-"
