Power Query and Lists on PERSONAL Computer only.

Hello
So I have Ms 365 services, and I got MS list, all on Prviette Personal computer and account

Now I work on my peronal account, which means no SharePoint point access/ links etc.

so My question is. how Do I connect to that List directly from Excel Power query?

In my work i did via sharepoint and it worked.
However for the life of me I am unable to do this via personal account / onedrive.

any ideas?
Here is a scrsht of my office account:

and here is the List on Personal account:

    Hi Syndicate_Admin

If you want to connect to the list, you need to input the sharepoint site first, you can refer to the following link, you have to log in to the microsoft account so that you can connect to the list.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/desktop-sharepoint-online-list#part-1-connect-to-your-sharepoint-list

But based on your description, you cannot have the access to the sharepoint site,so the best way is to explore the list as a csv file, then import the csv file to Power BI Desktop.

  • So in another words, as Privete user, without sharepoint, there is no way to connect List directly to power query?

      Hi Syndicate_Admin

According to the documentation provided, if you don't have SharePoint, you can't connect directly to List .
