Power Query Excel Online
Hello sureshrawat048
Excel Online does not offer native functionality to automatically refresh Power Query queries without user intervention.
The "Refresh All" button in the web version only works for certain types of connections, such as Table/Range and OData feeds, but not for all Power Query sources.

Hello sureshrawat048 ,
Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.
Yes, you can set up auto-refresh for Power Query in Excel Online within Fabric without opening it in Excel Desktop. Here is a step-by-step guide to help you achieve this:
- Start by opening your Excel file in Excel Online and go to the "Data" tab in the ribbon.
- Click on "Queries & Connections" to open the pane that shows all your queries and right-click on the query you want to auto-refresh and select "Properties."
- In the Query Properties window, you will see options to set the refresh interval. Check the box that says "Refresh every n minutes" and specify the interval (e.g., every 30 minutes). Also, check the box that says "Refresh data when opening the file" if you want the data to refresh every time the file is opened.
- Ensure that the "Enable background refresh" option is checked. This allows Excel to refresh the data in the background without interrupting your work. Click "OK" to save the settings and close the Query Properties window.
