Power Query Editor as addin in MS Excel

Hi All,

 

I'm using Microsoft Excel 365 and refreshing the SQL query via addin.

 

I've modified the query. After modiying the query all the rows is not loading into Excel.

 

Could you please advise what I'm missing?

    Hi devika - you will need to be more specific. You are using Power Query in Excel, and connected to SQL Server, correct?

    How is the data loading to Excel? As a table, or into the data model?

    When you say it isn't all loading, is there an error, or missing data?

      sorry let me clarify,

       

      1 . yes, I'm using PowerQuery to connect SQL server and Excel as below. 

      2.Data loading as a table

       

      3.Today I modified the query to pull additional months. In total 5000 rows for last 12 months but data table loads  only 3 months of data rather than all 12 months.

       

      I'm using Microsoft Excel 365 and downloaded Microsoft power query 64 bit as I got new work laptop.

       

      I copied same query to the new Excel sheet all  of the rows are loading as expecting but in the existing report data table is not completely loading
