I'm trying to write a custom field that looks at [Late/Early/On-Time] and if there is an error I need it to populate with "Unconfirmed". Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Alternatively, you could right click on the column > Replace Errors...
Then Type Unconfirmed and press ok.
That should replace the errors in your field with Unconfirmed
