Power Bi GA4 connector
Hi there !
Does anybody has any issues getting data through the 2.0 beta ga4 connector ?
For me is staying at the "evaluating" stage forever without loading.
Is fine getting the data into Power Query but it would not load anything in desktop.
Anybody has/had this issue and solved it?

No, I gave up on that. I think the issues are coming from the date fields as the data loads if I don't pull any date fields.
I am now just manually downloading a file from GA4 once a week but I put in a folder that is used in the Power Bi connection to have at least one process automated.

In case you are still facing the issue, I found a workaround which works well and helps me with other small issues as well. I created a Lakehouse and a dataflow gen 2 and got all my GA4 data in the dataflow. I am now connecting in Power Bi to my Lakehouse based on multiple tables not just the GA4 data, and it loads everything. And it does it very fast. About 800.000 rows worth of GA4 data loaded from the Lakehouse in Power Bi in seconds. I know that the option was there for quite some time now, but I never had the chance to explore it.
