@Tanu,

There is no built-in connector for Tally ERP 9 in Power BI, there is an idea about this issue, please vote it up.

To workaround this issue, you can export data from Tally ERP 9 to Excel file or XML file, then use Excel or XML connector in Power BI Desktop to connect to the data source.
