Power BI tile integration with Dynamics CRM built in addon

I created a customer service dashboard with the dataset that was already built in Power BI.

I want to add in additional data from Dynamics and I try to add a tile but I cannot find one that links to Dynamics please help

I am not clear about your expected result. Do you want to add addtional data to the dataset in Power BI?

Yes I would like to include additional data.

For example it shows me how many cases were opened on a specific day, I would like to have a tile that shows me who the open cases are for.

You would need to create the visual using underlying tables of Dynamics CRM in Power BI Service, then pin the visual to your dashboard.  This way, you are able to see the tile in the embedded dashboard in Dynamics CRM.
