Power BI online app not refreshing published models and reports

I have created models and reports in BI Desktop, Data tables are from Sharepoint. These models have then been published into Power BI online app . However now the reports in app.powerbi.com  will not  refresh though when I go to the original model it will update. How do I get reports to update in the Power BI online app ?

what do you mean with online app?

Do you mean the data model on the service? You need to refresh it manually or set up an automatic schedule for the refresh.

In the workspace near the data model you see a button to refresh the data

Instead if you wanna schedule it you need to go to the semantic model settings
