Power BI on-prem SharePoint startindex error

Hello all,

When I attempt to connect Power BI Desktop to a  SharePoint list, I get the following error:

Details: "startIndex cannot be larger than length of string.
Parameter name: startIndex"

URL I used is: http://<server>/sites/<site>/_api/web/lists

Any ideas?
