Power BI not returning all events from Google Analytics
- 4 years ago
Hi, JonnyS
Thanks for your feedback.
Check if this helps you, mentioned in the documentation:When date ranges are very large, Google Analytics will return only a subset of values. You can use the process described in this section to understand what dates are being retrieved, and manually edit them. If you need more data, you can append multiple queries with different date ranges. If you're not sure you're getting back the data you expect to see, you can also use
Data Profiling to get a quick look at what's being returned.

Good morning,
Thanks for the response, however, this issue is not solved.
I'm aware of how to add in the events and other details through the Google API. My issue is that, when I import the selected events (category, action and label) I get an incomplete dataset.
Why is this? And how can I ensure I get a complete data set when connecting to Google Analytics through their API?
