Power BI - help calculate Incident Resolution

In DAX, the measure you need would be something like this:

_resolved% = 
VAR __noofInc =
DISTINCTCOUNT(yourTable[Number])
VAR __noofIncAllExc =
CALCULATE(
    DISTINCTCOUNT(yourTable[Number]),
    ALLEXCEPT(
        yourTable,
        yourTable[Priority]
    )
)
RETURN
DIVIDE(__noofInc, __noofIncAllExc, 0)

This will allow you to filter on [Priority] and use a slider for [Duration] to set the parameters for calculation:
